January’s a month of emotional ups and downs.
It’s a time of year where we can enjoy some much needed time away from the usual hustle and bustle of our every day routine, over-indulging on delicious foods, splurging on things for ourselves or our loved ones, maybe drinking a little more than usual. To then coming back to reality a couple of weeks later. Back to the grind, to spreadsheets and phone calls , countless meetings and microwave meals.
