Taking a walk on the beach at the end of the day is almost as nice as coming home to watch Netflix. Except the view is a lot nicer!
We are quite lucky in Australia at the moment because it’s summer and the sun is out until late! This means longer days and more opportunities to get fit and active after work.
Being active does not necessarily mean that you need to go and lift 50kgs at the gym or run a half-marathon. Simply going for a walk for half an hour every day can do wonders for your health and wellbeing.
